My passion for botanical art comes from the fact that my main interests all revolve around nature in some way: hiking, camping, bird-watching, flower smelling, and beach lazing. Additionally, I am an avid learner and love discovering weird facts about plants, bugs, animals, weather, outer space, taxonomy, anatomy and biology.
